V2 Cigs

e-cig reviewsQuick summary: Great features, the thickest vapor, some of the best feel and taste around – and now, lower prices. They’ve also added extra-strong cartridges. For all of those reasons, V2 Cigs get our best electronic cigarette rating.

There are several brands of e-cigarettes that we can comfortably place at or near the top of our rankings. By a narrow margin, we have chosen V2 Cigs as our top-rated electronic cigarette. The factors that led to our decision are vapor and convenience.

V2 Cigs had the thickest vapor and strongest hit of the e-cigarettes we’ve tested, we found their claim of “the thickest vapor in the business” was spot on. The vapor cloud was thick enough to give a hit that was quite satisfying (particularly with the tobacco flavors), and gave us enormous exhales – we could even blow thick smoke rings with ease. We found that the manual battery (more about that later) intensified the smoking experience yet another notch. V2 e-cigs utilize the two-part design, and to us, that’s always a plus. We always prefer the simplicity of only two components, rather than the complex and somewhat messy methods employed by 3-part designs.

The V2 Ultimate Kit that we tested included three batteries: a short one, a 110mm one, and a 140mm (yes, it really is that long, and the longer time the charge lasted was great) manual battery. Rotating them gave us plenty of time to smoke while one of the batteries recharged. That was convenient enough, but the portable charging case that comes with the kit added to the convenience factor; you just charge the case (which is smaller than a pack of cigarettes) and then you can charge your e-cigs 3 or 4 times while on the go – meaning you can spend the day away from a power source and never have to worry about “running out.” The Power Cig that came with the kit allows you to hook directly into a USB port and smoke at your desk without worrying about charging anything; there’s also a car charger for even more convenience.

As for that manual battery (an optional choice when you order), there’s a tiny button right where your fingers rest on the e-cig, and you depress the button just before taking a hit; it heats the flavor crystals to give you an even fuller, concentrated hit. A bit awkward at first, but definitely worth it when you’re looking for a strong inhale.

On first glance, V2 has some really interesting model designs. There are the traditional white batteries, of course. But then the battery choices range from chrome, to fully sleek blue, to black. If you’re looking to make a fashion statement, the chrome design is almost futuristic. V2 definitely isn’t the only company to have an all-blue design, but it’s certainly interesting. More to our liking is the extra-long, 140mm white battery which can give a truly elegant look to a woman’s smoking. The filter/cartridge colors are dependent on the flavor: for example, cork for tobacco flavors, green for menthol, blue for peppermint, and so on.

V2 Cigs come in five strengths, from 24mg of nicotine (extra strength), down through 18mg (full flavor), light, ultra-light and zero-nicotine; that either lets you choose the strength of your e-cigarette on a regular basis, or lets you taper down gradually if that’s your choice. One other note: V2 doesn’t “shut off” like some other e-cigs do, when your inhale goes longer than five seconds; we’re not sure if the issue is one of safety, but we do know that if you want a power hit, V2 lets you take it.

V2 cartridges come in a lot of flavors. In fact, it’s one of the biggest varieties on the market with ten different flavors: three tobacco blends including Red and Turkish, Menthol, Mint Tea and Peppermint, Coffee and Chocolate, Vanilla, Cola, Grape and Cherry (we liked the coffee, chocolate and vanilla best).  And they’ve boosted their battery power to 4.2 volts, the highest level on the market, to hold charges longer. Each V2 cartridge is equal to about one pack of cigarettes; that’s a little on the low site compared to other brands, but we think the flavor and feel of the V2 vapor is worth the tradeoff. They’ve also added freshness dating to their cartridges, which is a feature we think other companies should copy; and they have made available batch reports for your shipments, letting you get a customized report on your carts – nicotine levels, contents and so on.

They also have lots of marketing people on the case, with a seemingly endless number of specials and deals, in addition to the huge choices of looks, flavors and strengths. They also have a number of specialty products for e-cig aficianados who prefer to buy the e-liquid and refill their cartridges, such as ‘drip tips’ in either aluminum or rubber, making the process a snap; flavor samplers to let you decide which you like best; custom-made cartridges allowing you to choose all the specs – the list goes on. They also have new portable battery charging cases (with charge indicators) that make vaping on the go a lot more convenient.

The thickest vapor and strongest hit, some terrific flavors, convenient accessories – and lots of great deals. That’s why V2 Cigs get our highest e-cigarette rating.

PRICE: Starter kits range from $24.95 to $159.95. (Note: price comparisons are difficult because each company includes different products in their kits.)

Three out of the four orders I’ve made have been screwed up. They have not let me know things were not going to be shipped until the package arrived, they sent different products than what I’ve ordered, and have stated products out of stock would be shipped when they are available, but I’ve had to call a month later to ‘remind’ them of my order (they billed me right away, of course-ha!).

This company is going to run itself into the ground if they keep making these stupid mistakes.

I love the products at v2cigs but their customer service and logistics department are terrible!! I have placed over 7 orders in the last 4 months and 5 of the 7 had either items missing, the wrong items shipped or shipping took more than two weeks when I paid for priority shipping! I have had one or two great customer service reps and 4 HORRIBLE ones! I wish they would become a bit more customer service orientated and remember who their customers are and then start focusing on accuracy in their shipments. One recent example, I ordered two automatic batteries back in February and when I got the shipment my batteries were missing!! I called right away and was told that they were sorry but they would ship them out. 30 days later I called back and inquired where my batteries were and stated I wanted to make an additional purchase so I would appreciate if they would include my batteries in that shipment or at least ship them, they again apologized and assured me they would ship them out… fast forward another 3 weeks and I called and asked where my batteries were and the customer service rep apologized and admitted they were never shipped but he would get them out to me. I finally get my batteries two months after I had bought and paid for them along with a return merchandise envelope. I called and asked why I received the envelope and was told that I needed to return my ‘defective’ batteries in that envelope or I would be charged for them… WHAT?! Yup, I had to pay for my batteries TWICE and the customer service agent told me that they weren’t a welfare service and their products weren’t free!!! Ugh! I love their products but am soooo frustrated with their customer service and product fulfillment!

My experience with v2 was very different, I’ve been ordering from them for a while after trying a couple of other companies and my orders arrive on time and with the right things in the package (only had one minor issue once which they resolved without a problem). I love v2!

My experience is the same as Toni’s. I also tried 2 other e-Cigs and just gave up on them. Then I saw a friend of mine w a V2Cig and tried it. Wow. Very different! I have used the V2 foe 6 months now. Have completely given up Cigs!! Orders do take abt a week + to get, so order early. Like the first 2 reviews, their Customer Service is not the greatest, but all in all, I love this product.

This is one of the worst customer services experience I’ve experienced. I ordered the express pack from the UK site, product arrived was faulty, the filter wouldn’t screw on properly. Was promised a replacement, since I wasn’t going to be home all day, I asked that it be sent by normal post. replacement never arrived, which is stance as the post in my area is very good and timely. I called them three times was initial told it might take a few days, later told it was my fault that it never arrived and that they would only dispatch another filter if placed a new order. For a new company their attitude is just plain wrong, I can’t see them staying in business for much longer, I’m off to trading standards to make a formal complaint. They are incompetent, rude and probably dishonest, as I have a feeling they never dispatched the replacement.

I Have used this product since Nov of 2011 and I have finally had enough. I usually place an order every 3 to 4 weeks spending about $80 at a time. I have had two orders that arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The rest were very late. Customer service tells you what you want to here and “Manny” will even give you a call but it should not take 6 days to fill an order and another 6 or seven to ship it. Then wait for the shipping time. At least if that is how it is going to be, tell people up front. Please order two to three weeks ahead of time should be the disclaimer. I liked the product, but many of their statements are not true. One cartridge does not equal a pack of cigarettes. Some cartridges have nothing in them and they will not replace them. I have had cartridges leak onto the battery and burn blisters on my fingers when I picked them up. Nope Im done. They have ran me out of supplies for the last time…Off to search for something new! And hopefully take my 6 friends that started using this product, with me!

I agree. I chose a different company after reading the reviews. Thanks to everyone for their honesty. I’m sorry you’ve had to deal with such incompetence but if it’s any consolation you’ve helped others to make an informed decision. My partner, his mother, and I have all started smoking electronic cigarettes, and all three of us chose a different company thanks to your help. I smoke the mistic brand that I can simply pick up at the local gas station. It may not be the best technology on the market but it seems to do the trick and that’s all that matters to me.

I work on the computer and was a 2 pack a day smoker, you can imagine how badly it effected the condition of my laptop and lungs. Apollo ecigs is a life changer, GREAT CUSTOMER SEREVICE. just tell yourself you do not smoke and repeat it. These make the world of difference when quitting, you feel the need then hit up an apollo which lasts all day, way better then patches and gum.

I ordered this product based on teh fact is was number one in the reviews, unfortunately, the product is junk. I ordered two starter kits and they took longer than I expected to arrive. One of the automatic batteries did not work so I contacted them to get a replacement which they sent out in a reasonable time. The kicker her is that I have to return the faulty battery at my expense otehrwise they will charge me the cost of teh battery plus $24 shipping! After two days my charging case stopped working so I contacted them to return everything having decided the quality was very poor and I could expect constant problems. When I bought the kits I also spent $50 on cartridges which I cant return depsite not having opened them. It is now going to cost me around $30 to return this stuff so overall I am out $80-$100 for nothing.

Really wanted to try these e-cigs, however, after reading reviewa about shipping and cust. service I think I’ll try a different brand/company…..Sounds like a wonderful product, with idiots behind the wheel!

    40 Years of Smoking…Ended November 16th!!!!!!!
I smoked a little over a pack a day for 40 years! It absolutely broke my girls’ hearts. They begged me and begged me to stop. The problem was…I liked it. No…..I loved it.

It was kinda a running joke that if any doctor ever found anything wrong with me medically that had to do with smoking…he was going to be required to lie to my daughters. They would be angry and bitter with me for eternity if I died young and it was something I did to myself and could have prevented.

It was funny (not) until last October when they found some spots on my lungs. I was terrified. Not so much at the thought of dying as much as telling my girls. My lifetime joke….not funny any more.

I literally sat down and wrote letters to both of my girls and each one of my 6 grand daughters, apologizing. It was horrible.

I went to my local smoke shop and they had one brand of e-smokes. I bought the kit, not cheap and tried. The company was great. The product was horrible. The company sent me new batteries, new cartridges, new chargers….trying to get this to work for me. It was miserable. I just knew this whole vaping thing wasn’t going to work for me.

I finally got online and did a little research and found one that is mind-blowing! I was literally able to put down my regular cigarettes and turn to vaping overnight!!!! And….I’ve never had to look back.

They give me the throat hit I need and crave and enjoy. They are easy to refill myself making the cost about one fourth the price of actually smoking. The company has been amazing. All products are fully guaranteed and they are fast, fast, fast in getting product to me.

I do not have lung cancer…….thank God and………if I ever do……..it won’t be my fault this time.

I still get to enjoy “smoking.”

Wow, I went back and read some of the reviews…I am shocked! Although, I admit, sometimes there is a slight delay in getting my orders….I have just learned to order early….the product itself and my overall customer service has been amazing. I have had some slight issues with the products and they have been on top of it! With lifetime warranties on all products….I have ordered many batteries, just because I like the different colors and such, I’ve needed to have 2 replaced and…..boom they were in the mail!!! And I have had to pay for the return shipping myself but….they fit in a regular envelop and cost less than a buck to return. I also had a problem with one of my portable chargers and….had a new one in the mail in less than a week!!! The product has changed my life, possibly saved it. Every time I get on their website….I see new and improved products. I am thrilled to have gotten hooked up with this product at their beginning stages. Add to all of this their “smoke for free” program and…….I just don’t know how you could beat this company and their products!!!!

    Hi Rachael,

We get lots of customers and sometimes run out of stock, frankly if we lose you, it won’t even make a dent. Try the other brands that offer ‘amazing’ support like apollo ecigs, they have nearly 24 hour support and patience to deal with annoying customers like you, they can frankly have you.

    July 6th, 2012 at 15:51 | #18

That HAS to be a joke. It couldn’t possibly be a real rep for V2 responding to someone’s complaint like that. Losing one customer after taking their money may not leave a dent but losing lots of customers BEFORE you get their money could make a hole. I hate to be the one to apologize for other’s ignorance but someone should. Rachelle, sorry for the idiocracy you had to deal with from this company and I wouldn’t but their product even if they were selling it door to door. I’d quit cold turkey first.

    One more thing….

    Just for the record….

They do occasionally run low on product. As I’ve mentioned before. I have learned to order early rather than waiting until I need something tomorrow.

A couple of weeks ago I ordered 3 large bottles of the e-liquid (which I got absolutely for free due to the “smoke for free” program. They had to put them on back-order. I started to get a little concerned about running out so…I contacted the company. I asked them if I ordered 1 small bottle to get me through would they be willing to pay the shipping (it is always a flat rate of $5.00) They offered to give me $6.00 in store credit! That’s more than I asked for!

So…I don’t know what happened with Rachel but…I don’t buy it.

    Just for the record.

how much are the paying you to say all these nice things? every comment is how awful the service is and you just keep trying to sugar coat all the negative press. you either work directly for them as a rep or you are a third party sponsor. Im a white cloud ecig man looking to try other brands and do my own comparisons, but V2 will not be on that list because every review site out there trashes their customer service, time for delivery, and defective products. As a white cloud guy for 2 years, ive never had one thing go wrong with my batteries, cartridges, or my orders in general. i hear green smoke is good so thats what i will try.

Placed an order with V2 on Sunday morning based on the fact that more than one site ranked them at #1 for vapor quality, and that is very important for me when it comes to ecigs. V2s site is beautiful and getting better week by week, the prices are a little high but if the quality is as I hear that’s no problem, they have a great selection of items, and the ultimate starter kit I bought has more than enough toys for both my wife and myself. Sounded good to start with. Now however, I’m starting to worry. They claim on the site your order will ship the following business day. In my case that would have been Monday. Monday came and after I got off work @5pm PST I notice an email saying because of a possible glitch with the v2 site they wanted me to verify my order. OK, understandable. I appreciate them checking with me even if it is too late for me to catch shipping for the day. The order was listed right so I verified and thanked them. They promised to forward the conversation to shipping and send it the following day (Tuesday). Tuesday rolls around and when I get off work I check my email. Still awaiting shipment and at this point its 9pm EST so way past time. Get online with tech support, the same lady I might add, and Chari tells me very politely that she isn’t sure why it wasn’t shipped today, but shipments have already gone out. They did offer to refund my $5 that I paid for shipping, but it was the basic shipping option anyway. Had I splurged for one of the more expensive shipping options maybe. I told her no thanks but if they could keep the five and just upgrade my shipping that would be great. She apologized but said that the label was already printed and it was sitting on the shipping dock so she couldn’t change it, but she would forward the conversation to the shipping department and promised it would go out the next day (same thing i was told on Monday). I thanked her and got online to check out some reviews. Now I’m sweating it. They seem like a good company upfront but I’m going to be really disappointed if my order doesn’t go out tomorrow, or gets to me missing or defective. I guess we will see. I try not to jump to conclusions about a company based on a few other peoples disappointing experiences, but I stupidly didn’t make an order until I had already quit smoking and now every day that its delayed is a little more frustrating. People weren’t kidding when they said order early! A $200 order might not be a fortune, but it just seems to me that they might be able to do a little more for two new customers who shelled out for their most expensive starter kit. Companies who are known for incredible customer service would never let this happen without jumping on it. Any time I’ve had an issue like this with Newegg.com for example, they bent over backward upgrading shipping and rush processing every order for me. Take a note V2, that is exactly how you should learn to deal with your customer service. You cant buy loyalty like that with all the advertizing in the world.

Wow Seith……I’m shocked. I hope it works out and REALLY works out for you. As I’m sure you know….I love V2 but….I have never denied that they can sometimes be a little slow. Anytime there has been a delay, on my orders, it has been due to a shortage of product, not poor customer service. I always figured it was because their product was so good and they are such a new company, they are just having a hard time keeping up. I figure it will all work itself out as they get their stride. Please keep us posted on your outcome. I’ll be thinking of you and your wife. Best wishes.

Just got my order today. I ordered on the 17th so it actually only took what, 8 days? And part of that was a weekend. Turns out aside from the 2 day delay on getting it shipped out it actually came pretty fast for using $5 flat rate crap shipping. There was a small problem with thinking it got lost en-route because when you pay for USPS shipping through v2 they actually send the product with “UPS Mail Innovations” which is a side division of UPS. UPS then delivers it to the USPS office in the destination town. Because of all this trading of hands my package didn’t get scanned as often as it should have so I didn’t get any tracking updates since Orlando Florida on the 19th. UPS actually said at one point they couldn’t find it and i should report it lost with v2. However the nice guy at v2 support on the phone named Moses told me to just give it another day or two, and low and behold it showed up today with no warning. Haven’t tried everything yet, but the charging case, two of the three batteries and every flavor cart I’ve tried so far all work perfect. I love all the flavors. Just gotta test my Pass-through device and use my charging case while out and about to see how long the batteries will last me during the day. Have a feeling I’m gonna tear through carts a lot faster than I thought I would, but so far I am a very happy customer. Thanks v2. Hope everyone else ends up as happy with their orders as I did. Just remember what Cyndi said, order earlier than you think you need to.

Got my v2 ecig 1 week ago and today got my vapor couture rose gold e cig! I LOVE IT!!!!!! I have smoked real cigs for 16 years and since being introduced to ecigs haven’t smoked a real cig in 3 weeks. Did some research on best e cig and v2 came up as number 1. The best decision of my life! I’m a huge fan . For the ladies the vapor couture is amazing light weight, skinny and pretty. I have ordered from v 2 three different times and my order has come in 2 to 3 days later. Haven’t even had to deal with costumer service.

I’m new to V2…I got a groupon deal for their starter kit. It was a great deal but like almost everyone on here says, I waited almost a month to receive my merchandise. They really need to get in stores! Or get their act together…. It’s a great product but people don’t like to wait for their nicotine. the only thing saving them for now is their marketing department… @Matt

This is my first step to quitting smoking and trying an ecig.. After reading all of these negative comments, I’m not sure I want to go with V2. But it is listed as the best and the products sound great. I’m not rich by any means so I would hate to waste my money. Should I try this or is there an equally good product out there?

I never had any problems with V2 cigs, except during the Christmas period yes their shipping was late. And they do have the best tasting vapor. I tried E-Lites and Karma e-cigs and V2 tastes the best.

seems to be a recurring theme. I’ve been a customer for years and feel like a glutton for punishment. dropships…missed. orders…errors freight…late discount…no given warranty…not honored

the customer service people are great on the phone and tell you what you want to hear, but either they’re lying or their system is serious flawed. time after time after time orders have timing issues. there is no process in place to apprise the customer, so you go without.

this time they won’t even let me pay my own freight or send them my own label to get product in time for a 2 week trip. They “had an error” with my order from 2 weeks ago and refuse to get it to me even though the product is in stock.

the product and people are great, but the company sucks! I’m too far in to go back, but if you’re considering brands for your first ecig, avoid V2 like the plague! use anyone else! do yourself a favor!

Wow! I can’t believe how rude you are! You have lost this potential customer and many more I garuntee you. I always take customers’ reviews with a grain of salt and make my decisions based on my own experience. But when a customer service representative of the company you are considering purchasing from has such a blatant disregard for their customers’ satisfaction it is definite statement that says, “Run fast and run now!” I can only imagine what your employer must think of how you lose potential, and possibly current, business for them. Something tells me you won’t have your job for long. I promise you, no one will have to tell them of your treatment because you have just posted it on the Internet for all the world to see. And what’s even more humorous, it will always stay there to shine…with your name on it. I’m sure future employers will have a good laugh as they say a prayer of thanks that they found out what kind of company representative you would be before they hired you and lost good business. Something tells me you would do better at cleaning septic tanks as you wouldn’t have to worry about coming into contact with people. And we wouldn’t have to fear coming into contact with you. If you do choose to change your tune, may I suggest you paste a permanent smile on your face and remember the phrase all successful customer service companies live by, “The customer is ALWAYS right!”

Rachael from V2 might want to start looking for new employment because in today’s environment any company with V2′s apparent attitude do not last long no matter how good their product may be. If you read back through the reviews they did say that a very small margin separated the top few products tested. I have been smoking Green Smoke for over a year now and have nothing bad to say about them. Every order I have made has been delivered quick and accurate. The product is very very good in my opinion and they continue to add new flavors. If you don’t already know this, there are 2 main types of liquid used – one has a tendency to give a stronger ‘throat hit’ and the other tends to make more smoke. The thing that makes Green Smoke superior to me is I believe they use a combination of both as I’ll assume V2 does. I found this info when I was researching the possibility of buying liquid to refill my cartridges. Eventually I may start doing that, but until then I’ll definitely stick with Green Smoke. In case you’re wondering why I wrote this in a V2 thread it’s because I was reading reviews to see if anyone had developed something vastly superior to Green Smoke with a great price. I’m satisfied that hasn’t happened – conversely, Green Smoke just gets better and offers upgraded products and special deals that can vary from month to month. With Green Smoke’s help I have left a 35 year old 2 pack a day Marlboro habit behind and it only took 3 months to make the complete switch. If you are seriously in the market to give e-cigarettes a try do yourself a favor and try green smoke but do not expect the e-cig to be exactly the same as a normal cig and don’t expect it to be completely satisfactory at first. Even though you are getting the nicotine, your body still has to go through a detox of sorts – getting rid of other things in cigarette smoke like tar, etc. Once those things finally get out of your system the e-cigs really start to be completely satisfactory. I had to slowly cut back on regular smokes while smoking e-cigs. It has been so worth it that I can hardly explain. These cost far less and are so less harmful to your health plus they don’t smell and you don’t have to worry about burning anything. enjoy.

Wow, these reviews have me running clear away from this product. If this company feels the amount of bad reviews is no worry for them…they are wrong…I am not about to put my MONEY to companies that think they dont have to even give people the product they paid for. Lesson here V2 Cigs…doesnt matter how good your product is…if you skew your customers and not fix it…you skew yourself…you lost me as a customer for good cuz I listen to reviews and take heed…customers are your business. I’m going elsewhere…FAST!

I haven’t had any major problems with V2 after 12 weeks. I will say that when considering trying V2 you should note:
1.the $5 shipping is very annoying in light of the long shipping times and shouldn’t be a profit vehicle is you can’t deliver your product fast.
2.the “manual” button model is definitely the way to go for the best throat hit and strength of vapor although it’s a little different way to smoke but much more satisfying.
3.Order early and order lots of them to avoid the shipping charges
4.I have had only a few “car duds”
5.If you were a Marlboro smoker, try the Congress. Coffee is also surprisingly good. All of the flavors I’ve tried darn good!
6.The longer the “battery”, the better the hit and longer between charges
7.I found that at first I was using both vapes and cigs and one day just stopped buying cigs AFTER I got the longest manual battery type. I did have to increase my dose to full but it’s better that puffing more times. Careful that you don’t escalate your dosing because nicotine is VERY addictive as we all know.
8.I’ve smoked for 45 years almost 2 packs a day and NEVER thought I could get cigarettes out of my life! I have health issues and this was the answer to my prayers.
    9. V2 owners should visit Zappos or Newegg (free shipping both ways)for a lesson in becoming number one in customer service AND sales. Their success is not an accident. Their attitude is that they are first in the customer service business and happen to sell products. They HELP you spend your money! What a concept! Take a lesson..It’s free advice and simple to execute. Why bother if your not going to be the best! It’s the business plan of the new millennium. Some of the bad comments above should be humiliating to you! Are you paying attention? Someone else will come along and crush you and what a pity it will be because your product is great! Your business SHOULD be on fire!

I am a V2 customer. Reordered my monthly supply on Monday. I like V2 best! I have tried some of the other brands and by far V2 is my favorite. Their customer service is what customer service used to be when customers were important and I really really like that.

I purchased my usual cartridges but am also purchasing some blanks and filler this time around. Not sure how that will work, but I am hoping that the quality is the same as the cartridges.

Wow, After commenting I looked at some of the other comments sent in and I have to say that I have been lucky, but am also pretty patient anyway. I have been a V2 customer since January 2012 and I order almost every month. I will say that no matter when you order the product almost never ships next business day. For me, it has always shipped on the 2nd business day after ordering (Saturday order is shipped on Tuesday). I ordered this month on Monday (Labor Day) and it was shipped today (Wednesday). I figured one day to package it and then because they ship UPS and not USPS, the pickup is not as punctual as if it is USPS. It is important to remember that UPS now handles USPS small box unless it goes priority mail.

As a suggestion V2 customer service,,, you might consider shipping USPS priority or offer customers a chance to ship using the USPS One Price shipping that is advertised on TV. I have a small business and I use that and Never have shipping complaints.

I am not complaining about V2 shipping in this comment (just suggesting since others are complaining). Like I said, I am patient and not the type to demand instant delivery when I know that UPS is the company being used to deliver the package. I know that UPS is slower but they do get there eventually.

One thing that everyone has to take note of and that is that I have not seen any complaints about the quality of the actual product. The taste has been consistent. Few duds. Battery life is not too shabby for those of us that were pretty heavy smokers and are now 100% V2 users. As for the price…. I have purchased some of the other brands and I will tell you that their product is NOT consistent and I could name two brands that sell disposable ecigs locally and charge for ecigs that have dead batteries, leaking liquid, empty cartridges and definitely not consistent in taste. Neither of them have offered so much as a coupon for their inferior product after I sent them a complaint note with a copy of my receipt and their non working ecig.

SO, the delivery may be slow but at least when it gets here, I am not pulling my hair out because I wasted my money on an inferior product.

Cyndi, thanks for the info on refilling the cartridges. When it comes to shipping times remember that you have to take into consideration the distance from Florida will be different for each customer. I am in the North Central US. I have a friend that lives in Lake City Florida and cards and letters take 3 days to get there using regular mail. Once or twice a year during holidays it can take as long as 4 to 5 days. I understand the complaints and concerns from these individuals but what they are not taking into consideration is that V2 shipped the product within a reasonable length of time (in cases where the supply was available) and the misdirected, lost or lazy delivery is with UPS. UPS owns the poor service. If V2 refunded or credited every account where UPS screwed up, they would be out of business. I have been ordering larger amounts to get me from holiday to holiday so I can afford to pay for 3 day shipping. Perhaps that is a consideration for some of these people. And no, I do not think that V2 should start a company to deliver their own product. :)

  46. Kathleen Tolwinski
    September 7th, 2012 at 02:58 | #46

And by the way,,, even paying for 3 day shipping does not guarantee that UPS delivers it within 3 days. Their excuse is that the post office closes before their truck can deliver it so then it has to wait an extra day. If UPS cared about the quality of their service they would deliver the package to my house instead of the post office when they cannot get it there within the 3 day time period. But, I digress, this is not a forum for complaints about UPS.

Very disappointed in the shipping. They are several days late in actually getting my order shipped out. I have inquired a couple of times, and just receive this strange attitude like, “We’re only one day late”, or “We’re only two days late” we will ‘try to upgrade your shipping service’. Then it doesn’t happen, the package doesn’t get shipped. They’ve all ready got my money, what do I do? In the past I’ve contacted them about orders, and they just aren’t very helpful and they really don’t care. Too busy on pinterest I guess.

I Bought a starter kit labor day weekend and love vaping. I’ve smoked less than a pack all month and do not even like when I do smoke anymore, even with a drink.

The V2 kit was good and I like the batteries. I got an automatic and manual. Still nto sure what I like best but Auto is needed if you are going to keep it in your pocket.

I have switched to the Red Oak Domestically made VG liquid for my refills and enjoy that much better. No chemical taste.

    October 7th, 2012 at 00:44 | #51

I ordered the starter pack and it came very fast, then I ordered a pack of carts and chekcking on the status of my order after two days it was still in “awaiting fullfillment” mode, wondering why I contacted customer support via chat and they informed me that the item was out of stock, I asked them to switch my order to another flavor and it was shipped right away.
I think the problem lies on them not informing the customer when they are out of stock on some item, that needs to be fixed asap, otherwise I’m very happy with their products and is helping me a lot to cut back and possible quit real tobacco completely.

I have been using v2 since February however lately the filters have lasted half the time…was wondering if anyone was experiencing that? Not as many puffs in them as before and I am kind of bummed because I am really happy with the flavor however starting to feel like I should try other companies because filters are dead after 12-15 puffs! Some even have liquid in the packaging when I open them…in the plastic piece you pull off. I have gotten dead filters a few times but now just half filters. Any suggestions on what I may be doing wrong? Is it possible I just got two bad batches? I really want to stay with V2 however I really need a e-cig that I DO NOT have to refill whose cartridges are already full…please help

I received my v2 standard starter kit today, November 1st, 2012. I ordered it for my wife and because it was ranked #1 at this site. My wife is a former smoker who sometimes smokes to stay awake when she is driving on a long trip. I have never smoked. Her 1st drag from the v2 she says “wow” she takes another drag and says “that’s amazing…..these guys got it down, these are way better than those other ones” (e-cigs brand). I just goofed around and tried blowing smoke rings with ‘em. So I cannot tell you if they are good or not but they are kinda fun. Now I want to say something about placing the order. After reading all the negative comments here about cust. service my opinion was they were at least exaggerations if not lies from the competitors of v2 because v2 is ranked higher. I place my order on Saturday the 27th of October and received an e-mail at 10:00 AM (pacific time) confirming my order. I get a second e-mail at 12:15 PM, Sat., telling me the order was shipped! That means v2 got my order at 1 PM eastern time and shipped it at 3:15 PM ET Saturday! I received the order 4 business days later! I did pay an extra $5 for priority mail. The order was exactly what I ordered. So far I am please with v2.

I have been using the Ego-T (Tank) for about 2 years. Am really (REALLY) tired of the leakage, but LOVE the system; and wanted to go to another system. I have ordered from ecigbestsave.com for over a year and they ARE the best for value and customer service; however, their products are limited (not the e-liquid). But, after reading all of the comments, and especially the ultra-rude customer service rep, I think I will steer clear of V-2

I first tried ecigs like njoy which worked great but didn’t last long, then went to ecigs that you could recharge and replace filters. These were ok for a while but like some of the reviews here I found they were inconsistent on how long they would last. I. Felt I was starting to spend to much for an inconsistent product. I have a Vapor (ECig) store right in our town and they offer quite a few different brands that are truly a step up from your standard ECigs. If you like Vaporing then you will like eGo-T. Different than a regular Ecig. You use an atomizer or a cearomarizer that is refillable. All you buy is the liquid that is available in different flavors and levels of nicotine. The battery charge lasts all day good for 800-1200 hits. The kit comes with 2 batteries and a charger in a nice carrying case. I like a consistent long full vapor hit and this delivers it every time. I smoked Marlboro for over 30 years and never thought it could be this easy to drop them. Once you try EGo-T you won’ t go back!

I started with Mistic, then Blue and V2. None of these products stopped me from smoking.

After some more research, I purchased White Cloud and I have not smoked since. Better batteries and better delivery in my opinion.

Whatever e-cig you choose, please stick with it and try other brands until you quit smoking cigarettes.

I also started with Mistic, it was horrible. A friend talked me into trying Blu, not so good either. I saw the advertisement for V2 and ordered a kit. Though not yet received I am looking forward to its arrival, as EVERYONE that I know of that uses V2 says it is great. Analog cigarettes are a thing of the past for me.

i have been a V2 customer for a couple of months and i live in Australia, my shipping cost is $54.95 and its International Express Post via USPS and Australia Post. i love the product and have had no problem with it. my first order arrived within the acceptable International Express Shipping time considering i ordered prior to a weekend. i do have a bit of a gripe with V2CigsAustralia who have gone upped their price for a 40pack carton to $89.95 when the Australian Dollar is higher than the US Dollar! that to me is appalling however their shipping is quick and on Australia Express Post. The irony there is that they charged tax on the Express Postage when in Australia Express Post has already added the tax to its postage so “SOMEONE” is skimming off the top and doesnt believe that people are actually smart and not stupid! i prefer to get my order from the USA and pay that large International Express Post charge and know that i am getting a fresh product! from the one order we received through V2CigAustralia the seem stale and some of their cartridges are dried out and where you get the vapour youre not getting the nicotine.
I agree with @Cyndie – order early and you wont run out nor will you sit their waiting for the postman to arrive. my second order from V2Cigs USA took almost 2 weeks to arrive on a 4 day delivery but it was held up in transit in Florida and no-one knows why! i have to admit here that i did the wrong thing and waited till i was nearly out before ordering! its the wrong way to go about it. you have to be a month ahead of yourself in every order so that you have stock on hand while the next one is coming in = problem solved! i have just placed my 3rd order with the USA V2Cigs well in advance and ordered one product that was on sale…. if my order is delayed it will be because there was a demand for the one product that was a sale item and nothing to do with the rest of my regular order but i still have enough cartridges to cope with that at the moment! i do not get paid to say what i am saying here, i am telling it as it has occured. as for the “PERSON CLAIMING TO BE V2″ that made that awful comment: has it occured to anyone that it actually wasnt anyone from the company but a troll that is just generally disgruntled in life???? as there was a reply from “ADMIN” of this page that was acceptable Customer Service reply. Dont knock the product till you have tried it. i have smoked for 28 years and NO-ONE has told me to go on these or to quit smoking because i love smoking too much to give it up. I discovered V2Cigs by accident at a “Hogs Breath Cafe” here in Australia when i went out for a smoke and a girl with blue hair came out and pulled out her V2 and i was intrigued! it was word of mouth for me, she told me that she had tried a lot of other companies, did the research and spent the money finding the “right one for her” which turned out o be V2…unfortunately for her she didnt have her discount coupon card to give to me so she has lost a sale and i feel really sorry for her in that respect as i am a great repeat customer and i dont know how to find her as she was visiting my state from another state for a holiday and special birthday party. But whoever she was i want to thank you sincerely and if she ever reads this i hope that she can reply to my comment and that we can contact V2Cigs USA (and she warned me about the Australian Companies too) to see if she can get some for of redemption for me becoming a loyal customer!
In closing, i would like to say that my biggest challenge has been finding the flavour i like the best for which is “Congress” so it has taken time to get used to what you like…. i think the 10pack flavour sampler is a good idea. for a smoker of 28 years to have gone to an alternative to smoking as in Vaping i never realised that i was actually stopping SMOKING!!!! but i am nor do i ever intend to quit Vaping! so better for me and better for the environment. i would like to ask if anyone knows what is the best way to dispose of the cartridges. I am an Environmental Scientist and there has to be a better way to dispose of them than the garbage bin! Before anyone disses that last comment, no i even as a scientist i dont know how to dispose of them properly as i am not fully aware of what is in the cartridges and it is not disclosed for my knowledge to be able to advise anyone on how to dispose of them correctly! this would be helpful…. also one more thing… if you all have these enormous complaints why are you putting them here and not on the V2Cigs page???? do you really believe that SOMEONE big from the company is going to read this?(rhetorical) this page belongs to an AFFILIATE not the actual Company of V2Cigs USA!!!!
thank you V2Cigs – im a converter after 28 years of smoking i have everyone around me in shock and when tell my Dr im sure she will need cardiac assistance knowing how i felt about smoking! if this is truly a new company then there is always going to be some things that need to be straightened out after the honeymoon period. i wouldnt know as i dont know how old the company is… as i said before i discovered this company via divine intervention and im doing it to save money. A packet of Cigarettes in Australia costs from $21.00 – $38.00 per packet! oh yes you read it correctly!!!! so im VAPING MAN! dont care if its late, im one month ahead! it simple! you dont fix a leaking roof when its raining now do you! lol

V2 Cigs, is the first e-cigarette which is complete designed for the feminine vapors. These e-cigarettes are chic, matchless, and attractive. I tried V2 after using another company for a first experience with electronic cigs. I have also purchased several different brands available in convenience stores. I have to say V2 has surpassed all the other brands by far in quality, service, everything. They were a bit slow in delivery when I first started using the company in early 2012. However, I can see a big change for the better in shipping time this year. I’m not sure what they are doing differently but I placed the last 2 orders with the free shipping method and received my order 4 days later! That’s right only 4 days! I love the product and have never had anyone that has been rude as the people above have stated. My husband is a non smoker and he could not stand smelling cigarette smoke on me ( i didn’t care for it either) Now he’s a happy camper and so am I. I get the satisfaction I received from smoking and I don’t stink. That means everything to me and my relationship with my husband. The only down side to V2 that I can see is that they are a privately held company. I wish they would go public because I would love to buy stock in the company. I am totally convinced vapor cigarettes will do nothing but become more popular!!!

Okay V-2 – I am currently using Greensmoke and have many many friends of mine using GreenSmoke. I am not fond to your reply to Rachel (who I know nothing about) but do consider reviews very helpful. I really really do like Greenmoke but thought about trying another brand. After many reviews V2 was intriguing but the reviews were mixed and your comment is a little concerning. So will keep looking. Sorry but your statement confirms customer service is not up to par. GreenSmoke has very good customer service so I am guessing you probably will tell me to stick with them ( as I probably will).

I see you don’t monetize your website, don’t waste
your traffic, you can earn extra bucks every month because you’ve got high quality content.
If you want to know how to make extra bucks, search for: Mrdalekjd methods for $$$

I believe what you typed made a bunch of sense. But, consider this, what if
you added a little content? I mean, I don’t wish to
tell you how to run your website, but what if you added something that makes people want more?

    I mean V2 Cigs | E-Cigarette Reviews | The Smoking Section is a
little plain. You might peek at Yahoo’s front
page and note how they write news headlines to grab people interested.

You might try adding a video or a pic or two to grab readers excited about everything’ve written.
Just my opinion, it could bring your blog a little bit more interesting.

The vape industry has grown exponentially since 2012. It all started off with the ego starter kits, then progressed to dripping and subohming and now we seem to have reached the heights of nicotine salts, shortfill e-liquids, CBD and Juul devices. Thousands of brick-and-mortar vape shops have opened all around the world. New online vape shop start-ups are emerging on a daily basis. The competition in the vape industry has become cut throat! Back in 2012, it was a breeze to rank for competitive vape keywords on most search engines whilst today, it is even becoming difficult to rank for local area post codes as every corner of every city seems to have a growing vape shop demographic.

We were the first vape SEO company in the world and we know the vape industry inside out. We have ranked some of the biggest e-juice brands since when they were starting out, vape shops that were to become some of the biggest chains in the country, vape wholesalers, event organisers and many other different types of vape sites. Our deep knowledge of the SEO and the vape industries allows us to understand the unique business models of our clients and exactly what it takes to rank a vape shop to the very top of the search engines.

As we have mentioned above, since working with many vape businesses, we have created a blueprint for ranking a site. We have gone through numerous trial and errors and know what works and what does not work. In the current SEO climate, major search engines are putting a greater emphasis on the overall domain authority and metrics of a site as well as brand and onsite visitor behaviour (browsing, click-throughs and bounces). We are constantly adjusting our package to ensure that all of our practices are closely attuned to the latest SEO best-practices and search engine algorithms.

1,000 backlinks on vape and e-liquid blogs: all of the links are do follow, permanent and 100% related to the vaping niche. This helps the search engines to classify your site and rank it higher on the basis of the fact that it has a lot of links coming from designated vape blogs. Moreover, each vape blog has a very high domain authority which will pass on a lot of link equity to you site.

5,000+ forum posts: we will post out a unique message about your website or brand on the most popular forums in the world. Not only will this help to generate awareness about your brand but will also give you a lot of backlinks and direct visitors to your site.

Guest posts on very powerful sites: we have exclusive access to some very popular and powerful sites on which we can place guests posts with links to your site.

Mixed backlinks: in addition to the above work, we will also create some mixed backlinks for some diversity. This would include some blog comments, video comments and more.

Indexing: we will index your links with the major searhc engines at a very natural and steady pace to keep the search engine red flags at bay!
