Urus Cigs
Quick summary: Urus Cigs have a few nice innovations like the carrying case – and our panel enjoyed several of their flavors. We did find they were a little harder to draw on than our top-rated ecig brands, though.
When we opened our Urus starter kit, we were immediately pleasantly surprised. The battery, three cartridges and USB charger all came in a thin, sleek plastic case that’s contructed similarly to a hard pack of cigarettes. It’s easy to handle and easy to tuck into a pocket or purse. A number of other products come with optional carrying cases, but this struck us as the perfect blend of functionality and form; metal might be a little more aesthetically pleasing but would be too heavy. The plastic works just right. Urus also has a “premium” starter kit which comes with an extra five cartridges and an AC adapter.
When we got to testing our kit, we noticed immediately that the draw on the e-cigarette was a little harder than on most of the other brands we’ve reviewed. It’s not overly objectionable, but it was definitely noticeable. We liked the flavors, notably the menthol and the cherry; throat hit was good, and vapor clouds were in the midrange of the e-cigs that we’ve used. The cartridge life was a little longer than average, about the equivalent of 1 1/4 packs of tobacco cigarettes, and battery life was just above average. The USB charger, however, did recharge the battery more quickly than many of the electronic cigarettes we’ve tried.
There are fewer choices than average when it comes to ordering Urus Cigs. Batteries only come in white with amber tip and short size, and there are just three nicotine levels: no nicotine, “medium” (the equivalent of most brands’ full flavor at 18mg), and “full flavor” (the equivalent of most brands’ extra strength, at 24 mg). There are five flavors available: tobacco, menthol, cherry, apple and coffee. One other innovative packaging idea we haven’t seen elsewhere is a twin-pack of cartridges that come in a airtight plastic tube; they’re a little more expensive to buy that way, but are easy to carry and a nice way to try a new flavor. Accessories that you can purchase separately are the AC Adapter (if you buy a kit without one) and a car adapter. They also have disposable e-cigs that are priced around market level.
We wish the draw was a little easier on Urus Cigs and that there were more flavors and choices in product, because we would have rated them more highly. But there’s still a lot to like in this product.
PRICE: Starter kits: $34.99-44.99. (Note: price comparisons are difficult because each company includes different products in their kits.)
My programmer is trying to persuade me to move to .net
from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the costs.
But he’s tryiong none the less. I’ve been using WordPress
on various websites for about a year and am nervous about switching
to another platform. I have heard good things about blogengine.net.
Is there a way I can import all my wordpress posts into it?
Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated!
I got this site from my friend who shared with me about
this web page and at the moment this time I am visiting this web site and reading very informative content here.
Ecigs would someday replace tobacco-type cigarettes. When people see smoke from my electronic cigarette, I see them flinch away and then they ask what is that wonderful smell.
As our consumer society continues to churn out endless upgrades and
improvements of electronic equipment we are constantly told that we
need to upgrade.
