We first became aware of South Beach Smoke through the media, with a number of celebrities using them to vape. But when we got a chance to test their e-cigarette, we put aside the “hype” and were definitely impressed by the product, which has become one of our personal favorites.
The taste of South Beach was the first thing we noticed; it was one of the most pleasant tasting e-cigs we’ve tested, with the menthol, vanilla and peach particularly standing out. There was also a nice balance between smoothness and throat hit; the hit is noticeable but not overly strong. The vapor cloud wasn’t the biggest we’ve experienced, but it was close to the other top electronic cigarette brands we’ve reviewed. Cartridges come in ten flavors: three tobacco, menthol, peppermint, chocolate, vanilla, cherry, pina colada and peach. There are five nicotine strengths: strong (24mg), full (16mg), light (12mg), ultra light (6 mg) and no nicotine. All eliquid is made in the USA, unusual among the brands we’ve tested.
We tested the ultimate starter kit, which came with just about everything you would need for a great vaping experience: one standard battery and one longer extra-capacity battery, a USB charger, wall charger (not just an adapter, a full charger which was nice), a car adapter, a carrying case, a charging case to re-charge batteries while away from power sources, and 15 cartridges. It’s the most complete kit we’ve seen. There are several lower-level, less expensive kits available as well. Both battery and cartridge life were right around average, with charging time a little better than most. The e-cigarette is solid and well-built, right up there with our other best electronic cigarettes.
South Beach Smoke also has an optional auto-delivery program, so that you don’t have to worry about reordering every time you run low on cartridges; it’s not for everyone but we think it’s a nice choice for regular vapers who don’t want to accidentally run out. There’s a lifetime warranty as well.
South Beach narrowly missed out on our top ranking because we personally prefer a stronger throat hit, but it’s an excellent e-cigarette well worth trying.

Why do I love south beach smokes e-cigs? Because of the total control. I feel like I am able to control everything and not have the cigarette company do it for me.
I choose what I want for everything and the rest is up to me. They are a great deal also- huge savings and its less than $2 per cartridge- which definitely run longer than a pack of cigarettes was running me… also the way i just have as many puffs as I want is what smokers have always wanted- no waste. These are amazing, so glad I got them!
Great starter kits, all around great products!!!! I love how the starter kits mostly all come with 2 batteries, i really think you need a few of them to comfortably vape wherever/ whenever. I like the manual batteries more and they don’t last as long as the automatics, so its great for me to have more than one to use when one is charging, or dies out. I am a very heavy user too so this is just the system that works for me. I have to say- these are a great option for smokers to use as an alternative. I have felt much healthier and cleaner since I started using them a while back and they sure beat all the hangups i was dealing with when using cigarettes. the nonstop butts and ash and worrying if i smell is nice to not live with!
I noticed a huge diference right away when I started using south beach smoke e-cigarettes. I went from feeling winded all the time to feeling like I could really
breathe and take in a full breathe in a few weeks. I think for the health issues alone that e-cigs are a good idea to use instead tobacco. They are fun to use, make me feel like I am still smoking too. Its great to have an option like this- the regular things sold for quitting smoking are a joke- nicorette and the patch- never worked for me. Still smoked after wards, still craved the cigarettes. What i like about e-cigs is that they dont really do the work, or say they do the work to help you quit smoking. they just work better, feel better and you still have the nicotine amount of your choice, a better way if you ask me. Ive heard of people quitting smoking using e-cigarettes, so I definitely hope that I can quit in the future, but this is great for now. Thanks for everything South Beach Smoke, it has been great!

I knew these were great from the moment I started using them and now almost a year later I’m still on a roll. What I like a lot is the great nocotine combination with the flavor. I started on the full flavored carts and then lowered it down to 12mg and then 6mg, great to be on the lowest one within such a short space of time, considering I was a smoker for over 10 years.
